Every time I think things are getting better something else is thrown my way. I had surgery a few weeks ago and I am finally about to go back to work. But I got a call yesterday from one of my other doctors and I may have to have a different surgery. I am just so lost and confused. Then I watched @taylorswift speech and for some reason everything feels ok.

So this is hard for me to admit but in December I lost one of the closest people to me. My grandmother was my world and it hurts for her not to be here. Between dealing with work stress and this my doctor put me on meds. Some days are good and some bad. Today is one of the bad days. I feel bad going on about it to my family. But I feel like I can vent to the people on here. Can anyone offer any advice on how to get through this? I am really struggling.

Today is one of the hardest days I have ever experienced. My grandmother and best friend passed away. I was so excited to listen @taylorswift album and now I can't even think straight. I have so many tears. But I know she is in a better place. Please keep my family in my prayers.
