And...my version. Didn’t have green onions or gochujang, so subbed shallots and an extra dose of sambal. I rarely eat udon, so I used linguine. It does need a sturdy noodle. Not sure why I don’t keep sesame seeds on hand... All in all, pretty happy with the results and took under 30 minutes from start to finish.
