Bug therians and alterhumans will forever be valid and important to the community.
Just because you aren’t a bug does not mean you should treat those who are bugs as lesser than.
Seeing posts from bug types have made my bug phobia less and I’m improving, plus I enjoy to see posts from lesser known types.
We should be open to learning about and talking to types that aren’t the “common” ones. I love seeing anything to do with the community expressing themselves but it can become stale at times seeing the same types all the time. I love learning about bug cycles, instincts, food habits and shifts. It opens up a new world I’ve never really learned about before. I’m watching more bug content to both learn more about the bugs around me but also to help the stigma around bugs as a whole.
Bug alterhumans, you are valid and deserve to be here just as much as anyone else. Same to otherpaws, physical alterhumans, holotheres, objectkins, fictionkin, etc.
We are a community that strives to be accepted but are also one of the most judgmental communities I’ve been a part of. We need to do better.
