I am pleased by people messaging me telling me that after adding a carb or protein to their snacks or meals they feel more satisfied all day. Yes, my plan is working. People are getting through their days with less hangry.

Music to my ears

This is actually really nice to hear. Im American, raised in the south no less, and I absolutely hate my "accent". I've always wanted to have a different voice, and rarely speak naturally when i do voice work, but its reassuring to know that isn't the universal thought when people hear me speak. It helps me be more accepting of that part of me I have no control over.
