They are extremely misleading and do not listen to requests.

Above is the initial conversation where you can see I asked multiple times about how the process worked. I ignored the red flags because I'm always wanting to engage with artists and not everyone is used to a solid business model online.

Next come the actual pieces delivered. She did not listen to my requests. I clarified multiple times before I finally relented because this was a pay what you can commission. Which is what lead to the next conversation.

This is not okay. This is disrespectful and I will never be working with this person again.

Hi all. Is Tumbler still the place where you can find amazing artists to commission? My dog and cat, with whom I’ve been for 10 and 16 years respectively, were both diagnosed with some health issues recently. Diabetes and chronic kidney disease. I’m looking to commission a double pet portrait of them together, maybe oil pastel? Open to other media as well. Nothing huge, although I know that fitting in two subjects will mean it’ll have to be a little bigger. Looking for artist recommendations or quotes :) lmk if you or someone you know would like the gig. Would need to be shipped to TX
