I'm not miserable.

ok so this pt has a huge hole in his tooth and it needed to be extracted. get him numbed up but can’t even get the forceps on it because there’s so much calculus. when i say a lot i mean a lot. like it was bad. then it pings off and hits my arm. pretty gross. so then im fucking sweating trying to get the tooth to move but it’s fucking cemented in there. and for some reason he’s not making any attempt to keep his head still so its just flopping all over the place. like give me break plz. and then the guy’s phone starts ringing and he answers it while im still in his mouth like wwwhhhhhyyyyy. took 2 hours to get his tooth no joke. my arms are still shaking wtf i need to work out. plz brush your teeth kids. also plz don’t smoke.
