Dedicating time in my daily schedule to creativity has been life changing. It boosts my mood, redirects my thoughts from academic/ intellectual occupations and stimulates my imagination. I go into my sessions with ease, free of expectation and let my mind flow freely, and the effect is remarkable. I leave the sessions not only with new creations and incrementally improved skills, but with a rested mind and a sense of realignment with myself.
