Who hasn’t noticed of the recent FNC vs FT clash? I’ve been seeing several posts re: the management’s treatment to the boys lately. It’s saddening and urging at the same time.

Okay, I can’t deny that I stan FNC. Not exactly the agency, but the artists they produce. I found myself engrossed with them, musicality wise. And because of the deep admiration, I’ve come to put some trust to the agency too in some way. I am a Boice first before a Pri, let me just clear that. But ALL bias aside, I love both bands. They each have their own individuality and greatness that I adore.

Alongside the recent stances, for what it seems, there’s been an accumulating issue between the twoㅡsomething that might turn unruly. It’s been a normal thing, the comparison, for all we know. There’s no surprise to it. But being much aware, and as a concerned follower of both groups, I’d like to make my stand here this once. No ridicule intended. This is only an honest opinion.

Apparently, some raging supporters are pointing out that FT is being mistreated and ignored by FNC while the “others” (not exactly pertaining to one act only) get all the promotions and everything. Again, I don’t favor anyone here. But frankly, there’s really something about the said inequality that bothers me. I understand that some are just trying to voice out what they think is true and I sincerely symphatize with them. I am not rightful to speak of FT because I haven’t been with them as much as their loyal supporters do.

But inevitably, other artists on the line are being implicated, especially CN, being in the same boy band status. I have nothing against whoever but what I just don’t like is seeing one being compared to another and all. Isn’t that the most hateful thing? No, we’re all tired of that already. But it’s harder just to even think of the worse. I know both acts are well-tended to each other. I don’t think it will become a big deal either knowing that Boice and Pris are mostly harmless and cool, and I believe no one would want to take it that far. Perhaps, a true fan would not take it on the artist and rather understand the mere situation.

I don’t think blaming and acting against the management would bring any of us good either. Not that it can’t be promising. But several have tried but failed for the same reason. FNC can really be a b*tch at times (undeniable fact), but afterall, it’s all part of what makes an ‘entertainment’ business. We don’t always know what really happens behind the limelight and the stories we get. It’s the hardest to just be watching interwebs away from untold reality. Greatest fandom truth, behold!
