(( Some big news; Please read ))
I've lost all motivation to run this blog.
You know the saying "you only get out of something what you put into it"? I feel that's kind of true here. If I don't put into this blog a lot of work and RPing and stuff, I'm not going to get any enjoyment out of it. Unfortunately, I just don't see it happening.
I started this RP blog last August, when I didn't have to worry about school, but since then, it's taken up a lot of my time. School has, I mean. I don't have the time now to really manage one RP blog well, let alone two. I have other things going on in my life right now as well that also require my attention (i.e. preparing for college, BetterExplorer, etc.); add it all up and there just isn't much time for me. That fact, and also just the fact of what this blog has been through... and thus, my motivation is just gone.
So I've decided the best option is to no longer actively update this blog.
The decision wasn't easy. This blog and the people I've met and interacted with have really changed my experience on Tumblr and with roleplaying. You might even go as far as to say my life has been changed by this blog. This blog has a lot of memories, and I've had a lot of great, fun times on here... but things do change, and have changed.
I also didn't want to leave the Vocaloid RP community. But I've come to see that the community has moved on without me (which I'd expect nothing less), and, honestly, overall, my interest in Vocaloid has been waning. My role in the Vocaloid fandom overall has changed as well from being strictly a consumer to also becoming a producer as well.
So... this is it. Now what? ... I still have my other RP account, squidgirldegeso.tumblr.com, where I roleplay the anime character Squid Girl. (On an added note, it's kind of hard to switch characters and personalities when you go from one blog to the other.) If any of you follow me over there, I'd be more than happy to RP with you.
Is it possible I'll ever come back here? ... Maybe, but not very likely at all. Otherwise, if anyone else does want to become Mini Miku and keep this blog going, please don't be afraid to contact me.
Again, this was a difficult decision for me. I wish everyone the best of luck in their future endeavours. ))
