I’ve never really given much gravity to the phrase “to be in your arms” until it’s call I crave.

Today, you woke up on the verge of having another anxiety attack. You acknowledged it, and was able to get rid of it somehow (not fully, tho, because it’s still there). But we’re writing this down so that when it gets bad again, you will know that it also gets good.

Sometimes it’s great. You’ve already had one moment of clarity and you felt absolutely great. You felt that you can go through anything. You felt that you have to remember this - that it gets great, it gets clear.

While, yes, the great feeling doesn’t last forever, you have to remember that it is possible to go back. It is possible to feel great again, to find clarity again. It comes and goes. It’s a series of waves until it stops and the surface flattens again. Sometimes it’s a decision, sometimes it’s unexplainable in your brain chemistry. But once your mind has its foot on the door to a darker room, find the light. It may not be as great or as clear as you hope it would be, but it still gets good.
