So I’ve been keeping up with Jada’s red table talks && baby when I say they are giving me life!!! For about a year I’ve been battling with my own self growth and how I wanted to lead my own life. I’ve been scared to loss people, opportunities and a certain lifestyle that I thought I wanted in order to keep painting this mirage of a life. I’ve realized in the last year that I’ve grown SOOOO much because I’ve taken the time to hurt, heal,love myself, and be alone!!! Shits not easy, shits not comfortable but it’s necessary. Always choose positivity and growth...it will heal the biggest wounds! Things require a certain level of excellence to be in my space!

Stop allowing people to project their emotions into your life ! It is not your fault that someone is NOT in love with themselves or happy. DO NOT allow that person into your space until they figure out what’s going on in their own life first. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
