“but would he die for you..?” we grew up in a place where dying was an option every day, so choosing to stay for each other became the truest proof of love. I don’t want him to die for me. I want him to live.

but I miss him with every fiber of my being and no one seems to understand that losing him completely hurts more than holding on ever did.

when we lay together, we fit like the perfect puzzle. you're the only piece that truly completes me, no matter how hard anyone tries to force a different picture into place.

then you finally do meet the right person after believing no one would love your insides, but the universe decides you can’t be together and you wonder why it let you cross paths at all. I don’t need a lecture or to be stronger—I just need someone to stay after seeing all of me.
