Thank you anon!!I don’t really have a whole lot to say specifically on how to do ‘x’ thing. If you want to improve things like clothing and anatomy, then what you can do is draw from real life, using references and doing your own studies in the areas you want to improve in. 

Here’s a little bit of a study I did the other day. I want to improve my over all anatomy, which includes learning a little bit more about muscles. I don’t need to know every single underlying muscle in a form, but the more I know, the more accurate I can be. Of course using references no matter what will help! If you can use a reference for your picture, especially one from real life, try it out! 

Figure/guesture drawing is really fun in my opinion, it may not be very nice looking, but drawing something is better than nothing. Doodling arms and legs can work too, if you get tired of drawing full figures over and over again. Take breaks, try other things. I trying to remember  to do 2 minute poses to warm up before I start getting into drawing other things. The same thing can apply with clothing, just find pictures with interesting clothing/shapes/folds and go ham. Draw, paint, do whatever you can to capture the forms you see. It doesn’t have to be perfect, Find clothed models so you can practice and see how clothing hangs and drapes on the body.

My first shot at creating a sort of tutorial/guide, telling how I do things. On this initial chapter we’re going over the handy matter of Hands. Not meaning to be an encyclopedic explanation, only showing my own methods and self-taught clues. Hoping somebody finds it useful! :3 I’ll do more if this one is received well. So let me know~
