update :

i weighed myself yesterday and i’ve gone up 2kg i actually cried sm i hate myself.

this week i’m eating as little as i can get away with so i weigh less for the doctors.

i’m going to weigh myself today - terrified.

was at the doctors about 3 weeks ago and weighed 48kg so if i weigh more now i’ll kms.

back at the doctors next week for blood tests etc. and i must weigh less.
