I do think there is something to be sorry about. You will never experience being your true self. You will never have friends that know who you are or your thoughts. You live your life unhappy and not knowing why your life feels wrong.

You HAVE brainwashed yourself into thinking everyone has gay thought. I promise you, no other straight people will say they think of the same gender that way. Yeah sure, they might have an occasional wonder of “hm, they’re attractive” but they won’t want to be with them because that’s not what they like. It is not normal to REPEATEDLY think about wanting to marry your best friend, kiss her, and getting jealous when she’s with boys.

How about I put it this way: let’s say your best friend was a boy. It’s romantic to think of kissing him, of marrying him, to get jealous when he’s with other girls. Why is it not when your best friend is a girl? What is the difference? It’s the same thoughts, just the person is the same gender as you.

I understand these are your morals and you stand by them, but you must really sit down and think to yourself: WHY is it wrong? Other than the fact God “says” it’s wrong, why is it wrong? You might say “the fact God says it’s wrong is all I need” but that’s wrong. So wrong. There is so many things wrong with that. You have to question your beliefs to truly be religious: you can’t just blindly follow “rules”. That makes you stupid. If your biology teacher told you that everyone has two hearts and because you look up to them, you’ll believe them and suddenly that’s what you’ll tell everyone? No! That makes you look like an idiot!

You say “he won’t love me if I’m gay” and that makes me so sad to hear. God is supposed to be full of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, meaning he’ll love you no matter what, no exceptions. If he’d suddenly not love you because you love the same gender, what kind of God is that? Really, you have to tell me, because that seems like a cruel God. And if you worship a cruel God, perhaps that says more about you than anything else.

You also say “I’ll find the right boy someday”. People say that to sapphics ALL THE TIME. My mother denies the fact I’m lesbian and tells me “you’ll find the right boy someday. You just haven’t seen a handsome one yet.” But the thing is, Milly (is that your name or is it just cuz of milly bobby brown? Idk), you have lived a decade and more. You have seen boys. You’ve seen more boys than you can count. You’ve seen enough boys in your lifetime to know if you’re attracted to them or not. And you aren’t attracted to them. That makes you sapphic.

There are so many cases of people saying “I’d date you if you were a boy/girl. I wish you were because I love you.” But why can’t you? Seriously. You’re not committing a crime. It’s just love. Besides, God is all about forgiveness, and we ALL sin. All of us. He will forgive you for your “sin”. He will. The unforgivable sin is BLASPHEMY, not being gay.

I’m sorry that you live like this. I know how internalized homophobia feels first hand (I’m atheist now but I used to have the SAMEEEEE beliefs as you) and this is exactly it. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, I wish I could give you a hug. You deserve one. I hope you realize how disgusting your beliefs are someday. I hope you realize or at least acknowledge that not everyone has homosexual thoughts and maybe that means something about you.

well because thinking about a boy like that is romantic and thinking about a girl that way is normal, everyday stuff etc. thinking about boys that way is romantic because its rare.
