The document that outlines the parameters of the real-estate investment concept embodied in the Border City Campus undertaking, Fall River, MA.

The Mill Owners' Association is proud to introduce the Border City Campus initiative. Visit the Mill Owners' website, and you can download the .pdf document outlining the scale and scope of the undertaking. Please be encouraged to pass this along to developers you know who may be interested in this idea. We want great exposure in a short period of time.

Visualized as part of the conceptual development of the Fall River Energy Enterprise (FREE), the State Pier may come alive as the pier from which new ferry excursions to Block Island and other destinations may occur, beginning this season, 2012.

The MOA has undertaken a series of discussions with resources in New York City and with the City of Fall River aimed at restoring or re-introducing a new ferry service out of the State Pier in the city. It would operate between Fall River and Block Island. Discussions are ongoing. Patricia Tod, Ph.D., VP of the MOA, has spearheaded a number of such discussions in an effort to revitalize commerce in and about the mills adjacent to the State Pier. Stay tuned, we will have more on this topic.
