I woke up at 3am thinking of this guy. Many people come into your life on a hype 'screaming' at you not to forget them. Few come in, without the hype and are just unforgettable, they make that permanent impact no matter how briefly you know them. Conor was one of those unforgettable people. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CONOR FLYNN! Tall, quiet, funny guy but to those he knew well he wasn't afraid to give you the much needed dose of reality most friends try and avoid. And boy back then @ghostpoet @lloydhenners @shuba_v you'd agree we all needed our reality check every now and again from Conor whether we liked it or not. Before he died he made a pact with himself to go see the world, experience as much as he could in life and break from the small mould we often put ourselves in. I remember being so inspired by him and every time an email from 'WorldwideCon@...' Popped into my inbox I'd read his adventures with eyes wide opened(sometimes with popcorn, those emails were long!) knowing he would never come back the same person. I was so excited by him and for him that I handed every long email to Laura to stick in the student newspaper for the whole University campus to read. Honestly. I don't know how often I would have seen Conor if he were still alive but I do know that he was unforgettable. He made an impact on me that I'd never forget. I started my 7 days of juice feasting last Sunday. Having had my last one on Saturday eve I thought to myself. Why stop? Yesterday, ok I ate a salad for lunch but I juiced for breakfast and dinner and will probably juice for four or more days this week. My obsession with juicing is this: There is nothing on this earth that can give you the correct nutrients and energy you need naturally than juicing. Round 2! My second 7 day juice feast(Not fast 😜 ) in the year. Twice a year, every year since 2006. Earlier in the year I was lucky to feature in an interview telling my juice journey story in the Juice Masters new Documentary Super Juice Me.  The main doc takes 8 people from around the world who are suffering with a range of diseases from Obesity to Lupus.
