I'm back to thinking about ninjago and i have to say that i always thought that Wyldfyre's element was a bit… badly done. It's not a bad idea, i can definitely imagine there being an element to control heat, but the execution was just terrible. She might as well just be another fire elemental at this point and that just doesn't sit right with me. So i feel the need to explain how i headcanon her element to work.
First of all she can't just make fire out of nothing, that only makes sense for a fire elemental, she's supposed to create heat not fire. With that i imagine she can emit warmth from anything but mostly just herself. This doesn't eliminate the idea of her using fire though since she could potentially still keep highly flammable items in her pockets that she can heat up to the point where it catches on fire and then throw it. This could work differently depending on the material she uses. For example, imagine she carries around sand and water, both can be heated up to the point where it becomes a dangerous weapon (glass and boiling water). I also like to imagine that she can boost Kai's flames since i my mind he can't control the temperature of flames only their existence and movement.
That's all i have for now i might add more later since i love thinking about how the elemental powers work.
