Phantom's tucked himself into an alley, and watches the mouth of it for the winged eyes. He's been toying with the paper-thin theory of the ghost eyes he keeps seeing being related to the Observants somehow, though he hasn't drawn many connections other than just.. eyes.
He needs something to do to keep himself entertained. He's certainly not going to come out and confront them, ghost-related organizations looking for him has never ended well. So, he's invisible behind a dumpster. Very heroic behavior.
The eyes continue their search relentlessly, never crossing each others paths. One even passes right by Danny. It sounded oddly like a camera zooming in and out while it scans the area, briefly focusing on the ghostly boy before immediately losing interest.
Then all at once the eyes stop for a second before they collectively take off flying in the same direction, converging on a single point somewhere in the diamond district

Ghostly music seems to surround him and for several minutes it’s chaotic and nonsensical, like hes tuning the noise his core is emitting but soon it all comes together and it sounds like Lady Gaga’s paparazzi with a church organ being played alongside the track

Brutus opened their window and began throwing tomatoes.
The eyes closest to the window dodges initially, but upon realizing that Artem couldn’t be seen in that section of the manor Mike stops putting energy towards that particular eye and allows the tomatoes to hit it, instead focusing on the music and searching with the other eyes
