I have been watching your poetry slams and it has absolutely brought me to tears. The way the words flow and the topics that you choose to talk about are so incredible. I am amazed by your talent

i just wanted to say that i came across your poem "sheets" and every time i watch it, i cry. as someone who has been in and out of treatment for anorexia for almost 4 years now, no other poem has hit so close to home. i also have lived in new york city for my whole life and "when god happens" is so beautiful - you put into words all the feelings i've had about experiencing 9/11 as a new yorker. you are by far my favorite poet, please never stop!!

I believe I may have fallen in love with your words. Old Haunts has touched me so deeply, to an extent I thought almost nothing could. You are ever so talented. If only I could navigate my own emotions the way you seem to. You are brilliant, really.
