Kyoto’s Okonomi Yaki in Bangkok When people come to Bangkok, they only imagine spicy Thai food on the street but hiding inside modern shopping malls are restaurants from around the world. We went to a okonomiyaki restaurant located in Central Ladprao. Even though we went 1hr before closing, it seemed like the staff was ready to go home and wasn’t very welcoming, but we didn’t care haha. We ordered bacon and cheese okonomiyaki, nankotsu and fries. After sizzling on the hot grill, we had a lot of fun adding our own toppings - sauce, mayo, nori and katsuo. It was an authentic okonomiyaki experience without having to fly to Japan. Bobby and Miji
