paige grew up in a well-off middle-class household in the heart of toronto. always ambitious, she set expectations high for herself – and still does. 

top of the pyramid in cheer, prom queen, you name it. also has a passion for music and has played a couple battle of the bands with her friends, loves going out to kareoke. also loves: really sugary coffee drinks, going dancing, cheesy romcoms, sparkly things, fashion and trends, nail art, gel pens, talking on the phone for hours. a mother fcking princess. 

during her freshman year at winchester, she was raped at a party by a member of a rival football team. she spoke out about it and pressed charges. she has grown a lot since the incident but still has some issues surrounding intimacy and struggles with panic attacks. however, she’ll be the first person in any room to speak up when another girl looks uncomfortable, and holds strong to her beliefs.

last semester, her case went to court and she ultimately lost. as a result, her grades started to slip, and she’s lost her scholarship. while she was open about what happened to her, she’s embarrassed that she allowed it to affect her performance in classes, and she hasn’t told anyone about her grades. she recently got a job at a local diner to “build her resume.”

paige still likes to shop like she’s getting that scholarship money, and she certainly doesn’t want anyone to know that something’s wrong by stopping her sprees. so, she’s taken to shoplifting to keep up her lifestyle and god help her, she has expensive tastes.

while it’s been tough, she wouldn’t be paige if she didn’t put on a brave face, so she’s been smiling through it and wearing lots of sparkles. 

PERSONALITY ;

although initially portrayed as a typical queen bee, paige is more than that. sure – she can be manipulative, arrogant, or even cruel in certain situations, but she is also sharp-tongued, ambitious, and good-hearted, even if she has a tendency to put herself first. 

could describe her as passionate as all hell. 

has a tendency to live up to her reputation as a mean girl, not morally against putting others down to build herself up if that’s what it takes. lowkey a little shitstarter, yk ? will start gossip or pass on a rumor for her own amusement. 

manipulative to get her way, there’s little she won’t sink to.

loves to put on a brave face, but struggles for asking for help when she needs it most. she would fight anyone to help a friend – provided its not at her own expense – but she struggles to ask for help in return.

is actually more empathetic and sensitive than most people give her credit for. maybe it’s just her nose for gossip, but she’s really good at telling when something is bothering someone or that something’s off, and lending an ear. 

puts a lot of expectations and pressure on herself and will often do what she “should” do or what she thinks is “cool” over what she like....really wants to do.
