do you ever think about how leorio was ready to fail the hunter exam for killua twice? the first time in trick tower when he was trying to stop killua from fighting a mass murderer and literally said “killua don’t. there’s always next year” because even though killua has done nothing but make fun of him and it seems like leorio doesn’t like him.. obviously that’s not the case and that’s really the first time that we see that. and the second time after killua was disqualified from the hunter exam and leorio was ready to give up his own license if it meant killua would pass. killua, who has never had a brother figure that actually cared about him, suddenly being protected by someone he barely knows? by someone who didn’t know about his upbringing and watched him rip a man’s heart out without hesitation? by someone he taunted constantly? that’s love right there

I love hxh because even when youre spoiled on something it can still surprise you.
