Even the last foes he fought, the Orichalcum Warriors, managed to escape in the end. Popp decides there's one place where he can get stronger: the Temple of Recollection. Popp's solo run of the temple was supposed to be a quick in and out training session. However, a boss room with an odd sigil relays a whole new challenge. With it, he gets a glimpse of his late teacher back when he was on Dermline Island: Avan. And, he finds his cowardly self watching. A story from a world where Infinity Strash is canon. (Knowledge of Infinity Strash isn't needed!)

It's not long after when reality sets in. His heart isn't beating. He never noticed it before, but now that his heart beat is gone...

A what if scenario taking place at the end of the Adventure of Dai.

As night falls on a day of very relaxing quest work, Popp decides to leave Dai at the inn and go on a night walk. It doesn't go exactly as planned... but Popp wouldn't have it any other way.
