CASH MCQUEEN ⢠39 ⢠OWNER OF MAYHEM MAIDENS
Gender: Cis female
Pronouns: She/her
Face Claim: Lesley-Ann Brandt
Length of stay in Charming: Sixteen Years
Trigger warnings: Smoking
+ entrepreneurial, persevering, loyal - impulsive, self-indulgent, recklessÂ
How do you feel about the Devilâs Disciples and the Wicked Wolves?
Cash rose a cigarette to her lips, inhaling slowly as she thought back on sixteen years of history in Charming. âI think families come in all sorts of packages,â she answered simply, thinking about both crews in the context of the question. âAnd that without the Wolves, youâd be needing a Ouija board and some candles to get these questions through to me.â
Whatâs the most important thing to you?
Itâd been years since sheâd been asked a question like that, having gotten so deeply entrenched in the business that stopping to think about where to go next hadnât been a necessity for as long as she could remember. But she rolled her shoulders back as an answer came to mind. âThe girls, their safety,â she answered honestly.
What are you most scared of?
âNow, why you wanna go and know a thing like that?â She asked with an air of defensiveness. In her line of work, she didnât get to reserve many parts of herself to be kept away from prying strangers. But the key to her weakness? That wasnât something she needed to give away for any reason.
If you could have a million dollars right now, what would you do with it?
A goddamn million dollars; she handled that much and more on a weekly basis. People still spoke about a million dollars like it meant something. âFix up the first club, then open up a second, babe,â Cash answered with a smile, tapping her cigarette over an ashtray. âTurn that million into ten, then weâll talk about it.â
rosagarciaâ:Â
Rosa sometimes made it a point to stick at Mayhem Maidens until there was sunlight, just because she wasnât really all that comfortable with walking home in the dark after what happened the last time. She was probably being too paranoid for her own good, but she didnât like to bring her car to the strip club, because of one close call with her brother at one point, when he didnât tell her he was back in Charming and wondered why their momâs car was parked outside a strip club. âWell, good morning to you too,â Rosa said, chuckling at the curses from some of the people as the sunlight hit their eyes.
âHey, Cash?â Rosa asked as the older womanâs words got some of the customers who had fallen asleep moving, shuffling their sleepy and possibly hungover asses out of the strip club. âYou wanna go get something to eat? Might as well head on out to Haleâs for some good olâ coffee to start the day right,â she said, with a small smile. She respected Cash a lot, definitely looked up to the woman and she knew she sounded like a kiss ass but she wasnât really looking forward to eating breakfast by herself today, especially when she had an appointment to visit her mom today.Â
Cash was distracted by Rosaâs questioning, having more or less entirely forgotten about the concepts of eating and being outside. Things had become tense, to say the very least of it, and Cashâs sense of any semblance of normalcy had fallen victim to it. Did she really want to go to Haleâs and get some coffee, though? It was low on her list of things to do in that moment, but sheâd lived the life long enough to know that sometimes when you donât get what you want, you get what you need.Â
âSure, baby,â she accepted, always a little more pliable with women, and especially those who worked even within ten miles of sex work and had a need to be met. Rosa needed breakfast. Cash would make that happen.Â
She looked over Rosa, looking markedly less like a stripper who hadnât gone to bed yet than Cash was used to seeing around the club at this time of day. âIâll even pay, if you tell me why you slept hereâ She pressed then, thinking it seemed that Rosa was in perfectly fine shape and solo status to have just gone home like any self-respecting person probably would have.Â
leocortezâ:
Just as he was approaching the door with it being swung open he eyed Cash for a second, mumbling something to the person on the other end of the phone before hanging up on them. âLooks like iâm just in time.â He walked right in, coming face to face with someone that was trying to slip out. Leo simply looked them over before walking further into the place and waiting till those who needed to leave to dismiss themselves. The few he recognized that remained he hardly gave a glance at, only looking to speak to Cash and go about the rest of his busy day. âYou do what I ask?â He questioned once she was no longer occupied with ushering the unwanted out. What he ask being if she had gotten any of her girls to cough up to being cozy with Martin. He wasnât sure if it would lead to anything but at this point he would grasp onto any bit of information because not being able to do anything in regards to losing one of their own was not cutting it for him.

Cash had woken up ready for the day to come her way; her lifestyle didnât often involve bacon and eggs or watching early morning talk shows. But being faced with Leo this early was a little beyond even her, and she composed herself as the bodies in the club sorted out until finally it was only Cash, Leo and a handful of those that they trusted remaining while she locked the door again.Â
She turned back to him, taking in his question and breathing in slowly. âWell, I havenât gotten to everyone,â she confessed. âYet. Which only means the girls are busy,â she pointed out, hoping she wouldnât have to beg for Leo to hear the underlying âwhich means weâre making moneyâ, rather than focusing on hearing âI havenât yet completed this one relatively simple thingâ.
âBut,â she continued, knowing she was making herself vulnerable but feeling like it would come back to bite her in the ass tenfold later if she didnât get out with it now. âIâve been with Martin,â she confessed, thinking it probably wasnât a total surprise, but really goddamn wishing it hadnât ended up the way that it had. âPaid and clean,â she elaborated, wanting to make it clear that she, of all people, was not some unhinged jilted lover. âAnd I just donât think he was...â she trailed off, not sure what she hadnât thought. âIâm saying his murder shocked me,â she confessed. âI didnât have reason to see it coming.âÂ

Mornings at Mayhem Maidens were... bleak, to put it softly. Too quiet, too cold, too depressing with itâs spills of liquor on the floor by the bar, and panties and purses laying haphazardly like artifacts telling the story of the night before. It wasnât uncommon for people to wake up there, but the deaths of Katrina and Martin had dawned a new day, and with it, new safety measures.Â
âAlright, kids,â Cash addressed to the handful of men and women either waking up in the booths or looking around for their wallets. âUnless youâve got tits and they work here, I need everybody out. You donât have to go home, but you canât stay here. And so on, and so forth,â she continued, speaking firmly but trying not to split anyoneâs head open as she unlocked the front door from the inside and held it open, letting early morning sunlight flood into the club.Â

How frustrating it was not being able to figure out what happened, all he wanted was to make sure that whoever killed those people, would get what they deserved, but he still had no idea who was the one that did it. It was probably one of the reasons why he worried the most about the ones that he loved. How was he supposed to protect them when he had no idea who was the one that he had to be careful with? He needed to let out his anger, so he went to the gym, he knew that a few punches on the bag, would make him feel better. After a long session of punches, he stopped, and grabbed his towel, he was covered in sweat, âGod bless the one that invented punch bags.â @charmingstarterâ
Cash dropped the battling ropes sheâd worked up a sweat with, looking over the cop and taking a few leisurely paces in his direction as she caught her breath and composed herself. âYeah... yeah, I could see why youâd be a fan of a sparring partner whoâs made of sand, and canât punch back,â she teased good-naturedly, throwing a punch his way thatâs clearly not meant to hit, missing his face by at least a full foot just to be safe. Law men could be finnicky creatures.

her mind was practically all over the place. maybe it was because of what had happened at the masquerade. her father had also been on her mind but she hadnât shared that with anyone. she was still processing the fact that he thought she would still bail him out. that was why going to work was a bit of a welcome relief. even if that meant slinging drinks to the idiot regulars who could sometimes grate on her nerves. she had been doing her best to keep up which normally she was good at. normally she was focused but not that night. if she had been she would have realized what she was doing when she was going to change out the keg. instantly cursing the second the foam and beer splattered all over her,â tienes que estar bromeando! estĂşpida mierda! maldita sea!â her eyes widened when she realized she had said all of that out loud and prayed no one that actually spoke spanish was around. she could hear a few of the guys laughing as she snatched a rag in hopes of cleaning herself up. her tongue clicking against the roof of her mouth,â stupid fucking shit,â she mumbled,â go to hell!â she could hear one of them cat calling and that only made her roll her eyes.Â
Cash rarely spent time mingling outside of Mayhem Maidens, where if she wasnât tied up with work, she stayed for pleasure. It didnât give her a lot of opportunity to make appearances elsewhere, but what kind of business owner would she be if she never tasted the nightlife competition?Â
She had no desire to be in the shoes of the young woman behind the bar though, clearly working twice as hard as she should, for half as much as she deserved. But Cash was pulled over to her almost magnetically, summoned by the sound of a woman in distress and men laughing over her.Â
âLike goddamn flies on shit,â she accused the men, pushing past them with a warning look before turning her attention to the woman and softening it. âYouâre in the quicksand, babe. Take a breather,â she encouraged.Â
Cash McQueen is thirty-nine years old, and has lived in Charming for sixteen years. Sheâs the owner of Mayhem Maidens, and a member of the Wicked Wolves. Her relation with the Devilâs Disciples is maybe a little warmer than advised, but her loyalty to the Wolves is not in question.Â
