After 2 weeks out with COVID just after Xmas, it was so nice to see this one and go to the show. The big sound and stunning cast performances with lighting extravaganza took you on an emotional roller coaster. From someone that doesn’t go to many of these it was a such a great show! A steep slope to the rear of the site allowed us the opportunity to step 4 townhouses to the desirable northern orientation. A rich materials palette was selected to compliment the local context and break down the form of the building. The architecture of 4 townhouses in Dolphin Street, Randwick is a modern take on the traditional cottage house following the pitched roofs of the adjacent houses in the street. Materials and colours reflect the local area including the sandstone base of the building complimenting the heritage wall located in the landscape directly opposite the site.
