I'm sure you've heard it thousands of times: people say your manifestation doesn't work because you're too obsessed with it or because you don't truly believe in it.But theory is easier than the practice.

When you constantly focus on what you want, you're reinforcing the idea that you don't have it. Your brain automatically interprets that as, "This is beyond me," making it seem out of reach. How can you expect results if you're already convincing yourself that it's unattainable?

Everyone has those thoughts are they important?No.Let's make the difference clear between your thoughts caused by your rational doubt (the human brain) and your awareness thoughts(Your subconscious brain).Your subconscious brain arleady knows everythings and is everythings cause you are awareness so you arleady have the knowledge.

Beside,your human brain has a limitations because of rationalism.You may will have doubt but don't try to erase them cause your subconscious arleady knows the Truth. Manifestation works.

We can trick our human brain cause we have the ability,our brain is vast with a lot of capacity.So here's how.

THEORY

Normalising what you are manifesting!!

When you plan activities with your friends you don't doubt cause you know it will arrive.Manifesting is the same exact things.Meaning all you have to do is treating what you want as a normality.It must be as easy as breathing.What's important is that you must not focus on the time cause time line is a illusion.

(So, all that also apply with shifting too.Cause manifesting=Shifting You can also manifest someone form a other reality nothing is impossible.)

Practice

Now,how do we apply that?First change the way you speak about what or where you want to manifest or shift.Beside saying"I want" (again it make it sound as if it's above you).Talk about it to your friends or yourself as a event you are planning or something that happened.The Voice is really strong in manifestation but of course you can also write it down.

For example if you use the "planning way" say:"I'am terribly excited to see the Quidditch match with luna lovegood.Luna said she’ll bring Chocolate Frogs with her, they taste so good.”

Or if you use the memory way say:

"You won’t believe what just happened. I was scrolling in my room when my mum suddenly called me. I thought she needed something, but instead she told me we’re going to Thailand for the holidays. That’s exactly where I wanted to go I’m freaking out right now!"

Secondly be what you want to attract for the case of shifting let say in your other reality that you soon want to shift to.You usally drink tea before sleeping.Then drink tea before sleeping.Or even just write down in your diary what your other self would write.

Cause remember you are you right?But you are also you form the other reality or you who arleady has what you want.So there no limitations there are all a part of you.

Thirdly

Train your logical brain that manifestation is normality.Cause you manifest and shift all the time but sometimes it's so subtile that you don't notice.

Being obsessed with the result

You have no need to always think about your Other reality or what you are manifesting.

Cause someone who arleady has what they want has no need to think about it.You simply know it's there.That's why you MUST normalize your manifestation or your other reality!!However,there a difference between feeling the need to talk or do things to reach what we want and simply enjoying talking about it because of course it's totally fine to talk about it as long as your normalize it.
