Ok, so this is the cutest thing ever: Aleksandra Kasparova, one of the two Peter Juliettes, 26, and a director in addition to being an actress, posted a story in which she's urging her followers to vote in the Musical Festival's 'Favourite actress award' for Polina Belayeva, a 19 year old actress with whom she's sharing the role of Juliette, listing how brilliant of a young actress she is etc. Polina got the role when she was 18, still in acting school and it's her first role ever.

When he told his fans that that they're 'going to lose their minds' when they see what role he got cast as in ResJ, I knew that a situation à la the auditions for Ikar had happened - he came to audition for one role (Brut/Mercutio), but the directors asked him to audition for another role as well (Ikar/Romeo), and I love being validated xD

(He said he passed the auditions for both roles back in the day but there was no time for him to rehearse for both so Muzkom insisted he premiered as Romeo first)
