What are Shusui and Enma like in the sword spirits au?

Shusui is generally very quiet. She’s old, but was also buried for centuries, and then wielded by a zombie version of her old master, so she always has a broken look in her eyes, just riddled with grief and guilt. She’s also not very attached to Zoro, she mainly just wants to get back to Ryuma. Throughout her entire stint as Zoro’s sword, she spoke like a total of ten words collectively to Wado and Sandai. Very apathetic

Enma is fucking terrifying. Just like Shusui she doesn’t speak much, but when she does it’s always unnecessarily unnerving, tho for the most part she just broods by herself. She does have a soft spot for Wado, seeing as they are from the same master, but it’s a very weak soft spot.

Wado just misses Yubashiri

To answer your question, yes Zoro knows about the spirits. All swordsmen somewhat know about Sword Spirits, though most think it’s a myth, or more of a metaphorical thing, rather than actual like, people walking around

Zoro and Wado have such a strong bond though that she’s kinda difficult to ignore lol. He doesn’t fully know about Yubashiri and Sandai, but he strongly suspects it, especially since Sandai is so reactionary

I’d imagine he also didn’t tell the other Strawhats for like, a good while, until one of them asks why Zoro seems to have just a sixth sense and be able to detect danger even when his back is turned, and he’s just “Yeah my sword told me” which, what
