I’ve been lacking motivation this past month or so, so I thought I’d submit this as both motivation for others & for myself! I started Charlotte’s plan in October, followed it pretty strictly for roughly 2.5 months, and lost 25 pounds! After those two months, school got very difficult and, unfortunately, I had to take time off from the gym & wasn’t focusing all my attention on eating healthy. However, since then I have been trying to get back into the swing of things. After looking through my pictures, this transformation made me realize how happy and important it is for me to live a healthy lifestyle. This was taken about a month ago, and I am going to work my BUTT off to get back into things! Anyway, pardon my rant, but my message to everyone/myself is LIFE GETS IN THE WAY! It’s okay if you need some time off. Thank you so much Charlotte, not just for the plan, but for truly helping me stay motivated toward this healthy lifestyle. You rock! xo :)
