note: these past few days(or maybe it was more? my perception of time is fucked rn so i have no idea lmao) sucked. no ideas whatsoever and even when i did have some, it was either too short, too long or unfinished (like many of my drafts atm😩) low-key planning to add charas to this post? if my brain decides to cooperate that is😑

... was so excited when you asked her out that she didn't catch a wink of sleep that night. the next day, she was really tired, but she somehow managed to get ready and get to the place you two agreed to meet at just on time. a small café she mentioned was one of her favourite.

"they're not here yet, huh..."

a quick look around allowed her to see that she was the first one to arrive so she took a seat at the table you reserved and waited. five, ten, fifteen... the minutes kept passing, but no signs of you ever coming. the other clients and waitresses were starting to give her odd looks and she looked down to her hands, clenching them.

they're just late... she thought, trying to reassure herself as she ignored the chatter around her. right! just late...

she pulled her phone out of her pocket and checked for any missed calls or texts from you, but there was nothing. what greeted her was the time she had waited for you to come, at least twenty minutes...

"......."

she wasn't sad per se, but disappointed in both you and herself. in you because, no texts, no calls... and since the day before you were completely fine, you probably stood her up. in herself for getting her hopes up, for getting so excited, for not realising that this would be the outcome. right now, she just wanted to go back home, take a shower and forget about today. but...

🎶🎶🎶

just as she was about to stand up and leave, her phone that she was still holding in her hand started ringing and she gasped. the name that showed up on the screen was yours, she had half-a-mind to not take the call, but finally, decided to hear what you had to say. when she picked up, the first word she heard was 'sorry...' followed by a 'are you still waiting...?' from you. your voice was groggy and she heard some shuffling noise, as if you were tossing around on your bed, causing her to frown.

"where are you, (l/n)-kun/chan?"

the call of your last name had you wince, but you didn't dwell on it since you definitely deserved it. instead, you focused on the matter at hand. her. well, no, you were the problem and though just apologizing didn't feel like it was enough, it was all you could really do right now, stuck in bed with a damn fever that just popped out of no-fucking-where.

"i-i... really wanted to see you today. i know it's cliché... but i literally have flowers f-for you in the living room."

the more she heard you talk, the more she realized that what she mistook for grogginess from just waking up was actually your croaky attempt to speak despite your sore throat.

"... and that's what happened... i'm sorry for not calling you sooner emma, i..." a cough left your lips followed by a curse and a small smile curved up on her lips. "i get it."

you didn't stand her up, you were just as excited as she was, even though a part of her was telling her not to believe you so easily, the other was just so happy to hear you wanted to see her just as much as she wanted to see you. she stood up from her chair, sticked her tongue to the people in the café, then turned around to leave, phone still next to her ear with this new piece of information that both reassured her greatly and worried her.

"how are you feeling right now?"

you glanced at the thermometer in your hand and groaned. "like shit... 38.5°C it says..." you threw the tiny object at a random corner of your room, even though it wasn't really its fault you were sick, and tossed around again, pressing your face against your pillow. " 'm thinkin' it was that guy from school... *cough* has to be...!"

"really? hmm, he was coughing a lot so maybe? ah! now that i think about it..." a flash of the guy you speak of coughing on your face popped up in her mind and she sweatdropped. "i think i know how you got sick..."

"yeah? well, tell that r-reason they owe us a date, a-actually, no, i mean..." you coughed again, this time flustered by what you said, but then shook your head with another groan. "haa, damn, whatever... y-you're the one i wanted to see..! kind of wishing you were my pillow right now... 'was even planning to sneak out earlier, but my parents stopped me..."

"your pillow?? sneak out? to see me?"

her heart swelled with happiness and she giggled as she listened to your sick mind's rambling about how much you wanted to see her. at some point during your chat, she finally reached your house and knocked on your door. your parents were the ones who opened it and, not wasting any time, ushered her towards your room as you kept going on ways to get out of the house, despite not really being able to get up.

"you won't need to, (f/n)-kun/chan." her voice overlapped with the one your phone and, when you pulled your head away from your pillow, you noticed her walking up to your bed smiling. "let's have a date here instead!"

on her way to your room, just like you said, there was a bouquet of flowers on the table, they were so pretty and exactly the ones she liked. but, what made her happy was the fact you were telling the truth and, just that fact, had her sit next to you on your bed, her hand running through your sweaty hair with an affectionate grin as she leaned down to peck your forehead.

note: no inspiration at all lately, and yet i've got so many things in my drafts😖 so, for now, here's some weird stuff that probably makes no sense lmao

everyone has a wagon that has everything they want or wish for in it. including people, just one though, that you really want to meet.

the wagon only appears in random moments of your life and there's no guarantee you'll ever see it again after it appears once. meaning, for all you know, you could go in there one time and never see it again or see it several times.

you could technically stay there if you really want to since food never runs out, but that would mean give up on everything outside of that wagon.

the inside of the wagon will be a replica of the ideal room you wish for. it could be a room out in the forest, so as big or small as you want it. BUT, in it there's only you and whoever you want to meet.

the person you meet in the wagon doesn't necessarily have to be the same every time in the case you go in there more than once. it could be one person the first time and then another the second time, etc...

and, that's as much as i remember of the dream (freaking out because i can't remember who the hell i met there😭) but anyhoo, that's more or less the idea.

i really like it because depending on how you write it, it could be the most wholesome story you saw or the most angsty one😖

for now, it's going to sit in my notes and here until i get the inspiration to write about it.

note: wanted to do something for the bonten members i kinda feel okay writing for (text wise at least) and came up with this. not too happy with some of them, but oh well. back to ios format until i find stickers that could fit the charas in my list

To be fair, she had warned you several times that this could happen. But, not only did you not listen to her, you started to twirl around even faster, the small giggles of the baby you held in your hands spurring you on, until...

"Wait, WHAAAGGGHGH"

... just like she had predicted, the baby's puke ended up all over your clothes, dirtying them up to the point where it was hard to tell what their original color was. Now, you were sitting on the ground seiza* style, hands on your lap with your head hanging down, bare save for your underwear. Meanwhile, Emma slowly rocked the baby back and forth, whispering soft comforting words for him to fall asleep.

"... sorry..." you muttered in a small voice, not meeting her eyes in shame. "I should have listened to you..."

After taking the baby from your hands, she - not before smacking your head - told you to throw the clothes away in a bag and when you came back, you reflexively sat this way, hoping to sate some of her anger. Though, it seems you worried for nothing because, her laughter was what made you lift your head, not her scolding.

"No way, did you think I was mad?" her honey colored eyes glanced at you in amusement, a smile plastered on her face. "That was really funny, you know?"

She wasn't mad, but she was worried for the child at first, thankfully, all he did was puke and, right now, as she held him in her arms, he didn't seem to be ill or anything. Actually, he was still giggling some in his sleep. So, no, she wasn't mad. If it wasn't for the sake of not waking him up, she would have laughed hysterically from remembering the face you made when he puked all over you. The pure shock along with the terror from it all.

"... ghh, still sorry..." you bowed further down, switching from seiza to a somewhat dogeza* position, forehead touching the ground.

Even the way you sat right now, it was both funny and cute how far you would go to apologize, ignoring your nudity for her sake, which low-key made her wonder what you would do if she was actually pissed. She was having fun imagining various scenarios until she noticed you shiver slightly and snickered.

"Come on, you'll catch a cold if you stay like this, here..." one arm holding the baby, she used her free hand to unwrap the jacket around her waist and placed it on top of your head, giving you a few headpats. "I'll give you some of my brother's clothes so, wait here okay?"

You pulled the jacket off of your head and looked up to watch her vanish up the stairs as you wrapped the blue cloth around your shoulders, not bothering with the sleeves.

"... safe? That was safe then?"

You really thought you were screwed when the baby puked on you, just as worried as she was, maybe more even. Your relatives would kill you if something happened to the kid, but... if she wasn't mad, it meant they probably wouldn't be either? Yeah, no way you were telling them what happened, just in case.

"Alriiight~ Here you go, it might be a bit sma- huh?"

When she came back after leaving the baby on her bed and getting some spare clothes, you were still on the ground, but now you were leaning against the couch behind you. The jacket you had wrapped around your shoulders had slid off of you and you were back to the way she left you, in your underwear with nothing covering you. This time though, you were sleeping.

"Sheesh..." she dropped the clothes on the couch and bent down to your height, poking your forehead. "Duuummy, I told you you're going to catch a cold if you stay like this."

But, you didn't wake up so she grabbed the jacket that had fallen off and placed it on your chest. Next she snuggled up to you, cheeks a bit red from the close contact to your half-naked body and fidgeted.

"L-look at the things I have to do for you..."

She pressed her hand on your belly, the other on your back, and kept you close, hoping that holding you would at least keep you warm until you wake up.

note: so, this is mainly a draft of something i wrote for hanma that was meant to be fluff. like, from childhood/best-friends to lovers, but my brain is kind of drawing a blank on how to finish it, so yeah😩 it really pisses me off because i was really inspired at the beginning😤 it was also supposed to be a fluff version of borrowing their clothes, which is why it's kinda similar to the suggestive one here but, ughh

edit: after a lot of thinking about whether i should delete the suggestive one or not, i've decided to make it private instead. if i understood well how it works, you should still be able to check it with the link in note above. but, i really don't like what i wrote and there's a possibility it will just vanish at some point. so, sorry and thank you to all of those that liked it even though i don't😖

His steps were heavy as they led him to your house, sight slightly blurry as he wondered if he would make it there. The thugs he fought earlier were not that strong, but they did get a few good hits in, ones that were making his head swirl as he arrived in front of your door, right hand leaning against the wall to support himself while he used the other to knock.

"Haaa... s'been a while since I felt like this..."

All the adrenaline from the fight had left his body and now he was just plain tired, on top of his head pounding like crazy. At first, he'd planned to go to his girlfriend's house, to fuck it out like he had so many times before that, but right now, all he wanted was to lay the fuck down and sleep. He didn't want to deal with all the screeching she would put him through for coming to her place with all the bruises. As easy as it was to shut her up, he just didn't feel like it tonight. That's why he was here... in front of your door.

"Hanma? That you?" your voice was muffled and he assumed you were peeking through the peephole, noting his battered state. "Wait a sec."

Once the door opened, instead of a frown or an offended look, he was met with a familiar amused smile. Now that you got a better look at him your eyes sized him up from head to toe, stopping at his face to scoff. But, just as you were about to speak up, he dropped all his weight on you, causing you to almost fall back as he laid his chin on your shoulder, grinning lazily.

"Let me in?" he drawled, grin widening when your hands found their way on his shoulders so he wouldn't crush you completely and he whispered into your ear. "I'll be good~"

He didn't miss the shivers that ran down your spine, neither did he miss the way your grip tightened, but as much as he wanted to keep messing with you, he found it hard to focus.

Not gonna last much longer...

You probably thought he dropped himself on you on purpose, but really, he was feeling so light-headed that his legs just gave up on him, causing him to stumble forward. He was thankful you were right there because the last thing he wanted was to crash on the ground and give you a reason to nag him for years. Your hand moved down to his chest and pushed him off enough so you could see his face, but still let him lean on you. You made a show of rolling your eyes and flicked his forehead lightly, your touch more of a tap to not hurt him too much and he snorted at your next words.

"It's be easier to do that if you weren't all over me, beanpole."

You maneuvered to have his arm draped over your own shoulder as you pulled him inside, not forgetting to kick the door shut behind you with your foot, but as you were about to lay him down on the couch, he pressed more of his weight on you and, before you knew it, you were laying on the couch with Hanma on top of you, his nose against your neck.

"Jus' lemme stay like this, (F/n)..." he nuzzled your neck, exhaling in content, your first name easily rolling off his tongue in his daze.

He could feel your pulse accelerating to the way he called you, this being the first time he used your first name to address you. And, if it weren't for the fact he couldn't see your face, he'd even notice the smile that settled on your lips as you tangled your fingers in his hair, your soft touch soothing his headache some. Soothing to the point he finally gave in to his intentions by coming here and fell asleep. That and his eyes just wouldn't stay open any longer. When you were sure he couldn't hear you, you sighed and mumbled.

"Dumbass, messing with my feelings like that..."

Rindō concluded that was the end of your conversation, he said no, and he wasn’t about to change his mind, no matter how much you pestered him about it. Yet, he underestimated your will to have the last word in. Before he could wrap an arm around your waist to drag you on his laps so the both of you could chill on the couch, you dodged him and, sticking your tongue out at him, flipped him off with a middle finger and ran towards his room to lock yourself in and, by extension, locking him out.

“Damn it, (F/n)!” he scowled, eyes seeing red as you did whatever you wanted again.

It was always the same with you, one little opening and it was all you needed to get on his nerves. Even though he should be used to it by now, he knew it would never stop to piss him off whenever you acted up. With long strides, knuckles clenched, he walked up to his door and slammed his fist on it several times, fuming.

“Open the fucking door! If you touch my things, I’m killing you!!”

Of course… they were empty threats, though he really had a mind to kill you at times, no matter how infuriating you were, he always let you go easy. Not without giving you the cold shoulder for days though. And you knew that. Which was why, willing to pay that price, you ignored his show of anger and approached his closet, not wasting a second in opening it and checking its contents. The first thing you saw was his gang outfit. It was really tempting, you’d always thought he looked extra cool in it and wondered if you’d look just as cool if you put it on, however… as you contemplated the idea, rummaging for another piece of clothing that you could possibly wear, one caught your eye and you grinned. His black turtleneck sweater.

“Now that looks really comfy…” peeking at the door real quick, making sure he hadn’t found a way to get in yet, you pulled your top off and threw it somewhere on the ground. “Alright, let’s try this on…”

But just as you were about to slip the sweater on, instead of a kicked down door like you expected, it opened normally, and you widened your eyes in surprise.

“What the- H-how did you-“

Rindō smiled ominously when he saw what you had in your hands, meanwhile, Ran walked past him with the keys twirling around his finger and waved at you smirking while a “have fun~” came out of him as he went into his own room. Your one and only ally gone and not coming back since he seemed to have picked his brother’s side this time. Taking advantage of you freezing, your boyfriend slammed the door shut behind him, cutting any possible escape route.

“Now then, how about you put that down and we have a nice little chat, (F/n).”

His eyes darkened and, for a second, you almost thought you saw his glasses glint as he slowly made his way towards you, grabbing your shoulders and pushing you down on the bed. You tried to get up, but he was fast and while one hand pulled your wrists above your head, the other slipped down your belly, sending shivers down your spine as your cheeks flushed, your eyes anywhere but on him since this was not what you expected to go through for pissing him off.

note: so, i was writing with borrowing their clothes in mind, but finally my inspiration took a different turn aaaand, that's what came out instead😂 also, not only did this literally take me all my brain juice to write, but it's sleepy writing so i'll see when i can actually post what i said i would because, right now, my brain's run out of inspiration and am soo tired >~< i'm so sorry if this makes no sense and sucks T-T (might edit this later, very big maybe tho)

Today was one of the rare days his mother was off-work so you two decided to stay at his place today for your date since she and his sisters went out. He was sitting by his desk, working on a design he didn't get the chance to finish at school and you were right behind him, backs touching as you read a manga you had snatched from his shelve. Save for both of your breathing, the tap tap tap noise of his pen tapping against the desk and the small giggles that came out of you every once in a while whenever you read something funny, you were both in a comfortable silence.

"....."

But as time passed, Mitsuya became a bit troubled, a small bead of sweat sliding down his face as he wondered if you could really call this a date. After all, he felt like this was no different than the times you stayed with him at school after club hours when he wasn't ready to call it quits with whatever he was working on that day. Though, if he had to name a few things that were different, it was probably your soft warmth on his back or the way your hair tickled his neck lightly whenever you laughed and moved. At school, while he wasn't one to shy away from pda, it was usually just holding hands or you laying your head on his shoulder while you ate lunch together. Yet, right now, even if you weren't really hugging, it still felt quite intimate and he would be a liar if he said it didn't make his cheeks flush slightly. Back to the problem at hand though, were you really okay with him sketching while you did something else? Wasn't a date supposed to be for the two of you to hang out and do something together? These worries in mind, he completely zoned out everything around him.

"Hm? Are you okay, Takashi-kun?"

He snapped out of his daze once he heard your voice and realized he completely stopped sketching. But, he probably would have to start over since he'd doodled on one of the sketches. When he turned his head to try to look at you and tell you he was alright he came face to face with yours, noses almost touching, causing him to widen his eyes in surprise.

"Wha-"

Some time while he was thinking, you had dropped the book to the ground to kneel and check what he was doing over his shoulder. But, unlike him, you were smiling innocently with a glint of genuine concern in your eyes. And here he thought of himself as someone who could stay calm in most situations, but right now, he was at loss. How embarrassing. He cleared his throat, hoping his cheeks weren't red right now and nodded.

"Uh, yeah, I'm fine. Just fine."

The way you smiled made it obvious you had no idea of the effect you had on him when you laid your chin on his shoulder, humming.

"That's good. You weren't answering when I called you the first time so I got worried..." you grinned, giggling as you motioned for the doodles on the sketch. "That's cute. You're okay, but distracted then?"

Maybe he was wrong, maybe you were more perceptive than he thought. For several minutes, neither of you said anything, but you waited patiently for him to answer, not urging him. Just like earlier, only both of your breathing could be heard, but it helped him relax. Having somewhat calmed down, he chuckled in turn and leaned his head against yours, exhaling.

"You're right, it's just... are you enjoying yourself right now? Aren't you bored? I'm not too good with this but, aren't dates supposed to be more... uh..." he stopped half-way through, not quite finding the words he was looking for.

But, thankfully, you seemed to understand what he meant since, as he tried to think of what he wanted to say exactly, your wrapped your arms around his waist and kissed his cheek, halting his thoughts.

"I'm good. Just being with you always makes me happy." you then proceeded to play with the hem of his shirt absent-mindedly. "Dates is hanging out together, it's not like we have to do anything special."

But then it's not any different than just hanging out? he thought to himself, leaning back against you and your warmth, even more confused than he was at the beginning. Noticing his plight, you giggled and playfully poked his cheek with your nose, drawing a gasp out of him as he turned his focus back on you.

"You always overthink things too much. What I meant is, what makes a date a date is the fact I'm spending it with you. Because I love you and you're special to me. Did I phrase it better this time?"

Heart skipping a beat at how easily you told him you loved him, he shook his head in self-deprecation and snorted. What the hell was he doing? He was acting so uncool right now, but at least, he finally understood what you meant. So, nudging you slightly, he had you distance yourself a bit so he could turn around to wrap one of his arms around you as well, lifting the other to place a hand on your cheek as he pressed his forehead against yours.
