Noelle is so used to her computer helping her regress and providing comfort that shes got some complicated feelings about it- her own mother is harsh which is a contrast to Queens very loose style of parenting

Yes! Tenna's staff are very attentive to make sure baby TV is relaxed between shows because hes definitely a drama queen and very moody when he doesn't get his way or feels like he did a bad job
