idk i was rendering something and i just thought of that weird aegyosal/eyebag thing i do when i draw eyes

the entire thing started out as some sort of side eye blush that was actually influenced by how my sister used to do her make-up! she used to put this red thing (eye liner i think??) under her eyes and i kinda just copied it into my art lol

then when i started drawing mikoto, i started drawing lines under the eyes just to show off his eyebags. though it did get mixed up with the already existing blush over time as i started to forget to color in the darkness of the eyebags.

over time, the under eye lines just lost its original purpose but i still do it because i'm used to it haha (i do remember to color it in now! ...from time to time...). also because i think it just add a bit of detail to the eyes :)

in the processs of taking some of my ocs out of daydreaming hell and actually giving them solid designs (because so many of them look similar 😭). had to merge two of my ocs to make some sort of fusion baby.
