eyebrows knit close together, body freezing as the sight unfolds before him.  seriously?  –  he doesn’t know what’s up with this new guy, but he’s a little  irritating. he looks to him just in time to see him speak, reading his lips.  hands raise quickly, signing,  well he needs to be completely dead.  knife pulled from his waistband, he presses his palm to the undead’s shoulder, holding him still as the blade sinks through his skull. he turns back to face him,  can you sign?  groan. he’s a little  frustrated. sometimes he just wishes he could  hear.  it would make shit so much easier. he tries to gesture this time,  can you–  oh, god, look for something. look, look, look. eyes find a warning on the side door of the building they’re in front of, jumps over to point at it, outlining it with his fingers.  sign! can you sign? 

using your ex’s club as a meeting spot was a terrible idea, but it’s not as though it was fraser’s decision. he didn’t want to get into the ins and outs of their messy relationship with a perfect stranger, and so he’d been adamant he’d merely – avoid him at all costs. clearly, his intention had failed immediately. he could only try. clearing his throat, shoulders rise and fall as he looks away from the other male, “nothing, really. i’m meeting someone. busy night?” 

life transforming the way it did; in such haste was almost laughable. strangers to lovers, back to…strangers seemed so abnormally natural. not that fraser liked it. as the familiar voice hits his ears, he’s quick to react with a cock of his brow. “why? you haven’t missed me, carter?” feigning indifference was difficult, but the man had some practice.
