**BLOCK DONT REPORT**

Tomorrow I'm going to try to eat less carbs. Try to limit fries. I've been eating like crap for the past week. I also want to try and spend less money too because I've been blowing through it really quickly

I'm not sure what to do about my cup that broke. I threw it away but I meant what do I drink out of now.

Things were getting better. My bf and I were getting along better, not snapping at each other every second.

I was at the shop and basically said fuck it. Im buying normal chocolate. I bought a twin pack of milky way, peanut slab and coconut slab. I had milky way in the car after shopping then the peanut slab when driving and i had the coconut slab after I finished some dishes. I was going to save it for tomorrow but I thought i will try to have a better day tomorrow.

Had fish and chips today. It was horrible.

I want to snack so bad. I'm not hungry. I just want to eat

I had a burger, fries and some vegetables at a restaurant. I really don't enjoy eating any of the restaurant/take away foods.

I showered finally. I took a while in the shower. I felt bad for taking so long but my bf said it was necessary because I hadn't had a proper shower.

I'm falling apart. I usually take better care of myself but since being kicked out of the house I have just lost it.
