Any system / plural that has mcyt introjects, please reblog / comment this!!
Looking to meet more people!! - ๐ช
Congratulations to you and your system for making it through another year! It can be very difficult for systems to get through one day, much less a whole year, so please be kind to yourself today.

Sysmed isn't a thing btw. Gender is an entirely social construct, having a system is inherently disordered.
"the only arguments people that are anti endos use is just regurgitated transmed arguments" literally no. That sounds like the arguments people use for TransIDS. You're drawing comparisons for two entirely seperate things.
The reason you can't have a system without trauma is the same reason you can't transition to be a different race.
Trans people like us exist because gender is a social construct only. That's why we have people who are trans, who are valid, who don't medically transition.
It's an identity, having a system is not, being a certain race is not. These things may influence your identity, but they are not something one can willingly change or have just because they want to.
So, making this post off of a series of asks we keep getting. Ones that no, we aren't going to respond to but yes, we are going to laugh since your deliberately ignoring boundaries when y'all claim never to do that. Endos who are on my page, please get the hell off. No matter how many asks you send us about how you "are real and valid" and to "stop discriminating", you aren't going to make us like you. Because here's the thing. You are cosplaying a trauma disorder. You are cosplaying something that, for example, I had to form because I was literally almost killed as a child. You are cosplaying something people had no choice but to form. And how the fuck are we discriminating when the only thing we could be seen as discriminating is cosplayers and ableists? It's like all of you who have or who will send in asks about how blogs like mine are ableist. You have to have a disability for that. You being "endogenic" has to be a disability for that. Learn the words your spouting off. Now, we do have stuff in the queue so it'll be back to our regularly scheduled content. But please, endos, stop. You are just giving me free entertainment and wasting your time. Stop cosplaying a trauma disorder and get some damn help. And on a lighter note since it's that time of year and we haven't added it to any posts. Happy Holiday's for any you celebrate (I know multiple started already and some start soon but still). Be safe, have fun, and even if you don't celebrate, be safe have fun.
Sometimes, because I think in black and white, I forget how bad people are.
I see something good from them, something I agree with and my brain decides "oh, then they must not be that bad!"
But then when I look at their other stuff, they are just as bad as they were before, as bad as I thought. They've just had a rare moment of goodness and my brain doesn't understand it.
It's not very cool or nice to be honest
get worried peiple are gonna think were faking for splitting so many new alters shortly after making the blog.. life has just kind of gotten bad

DID is more than just having parts. Its also,
โข amnesia
โข confusion
โข headaches
โข nausea
โข repeated childhood trauma
โข anxiety
โข spikes in fear. Anger. Or shame
โข mood swings from parts
โข body dysphoria
โข depersonalization
โข derealization
โข self puzzlement
โข loss of control
โข flashbacks
โข dizziness
And more.
DID is not "friends in your head" its traumatic, scary and uncomfortable. Its not fun it's a terrifying TRAUMA BASED disorder. And it should never be romanticized - Vesper
endos polarizing CDD system experiences with โyou need to remember traumaโ or else ur endo is bs. We got so caught up on trying to make sure we were genuinely traumatized/not faking/had โenoughโ trauma that we accidentally remember it and then asked our mom and her not knowing what was going on explained the event a bit more and then we went through severe flashbacks and panic attacks and all sorts of maladaptive and negative symptoms and coping mechanisms and it really screwed up our mental health so now a few years later we are thankfully better than we were but still going through some of the backlash of it.
TLDR; You do NOT need to remember trauma to have a CDD/be a system and you SHOULD NOT try to remember it or force yourself to remember it if you dont remember, it is very harmful.
Honestly that kind of shit from endos causes so much hell especially for systems who don't know all of their trauma and the endos deem it "not bad enough" You don't have to know every detail of your trauma to have a CDD or be a system, and you definitely shouldn't force yourself to remember. Your going to cause yourself more harm then good doing that
Also, I don't know about y'all but like. Lets be real.
Endos DNI = endos & their supporters
Why the fuck would I let pro endos interact with me but not endos?? Are you stupid??
anyway obviously i mostly post about the silly stuff because i dont feel comfortable putting every shitty thing that happened in my childhood in order to prove i really have did because a) i have a hard time remembering a lot of it thats kinda the point b) thats not your business???
wdym you dont believe in the label traumagenic its a medical term (genuine question, in good faith, no sarcasm, no ill intent, etc <- anxious autistic lol)
I just donโt like it in the context of systems. I believe trauma is the only origin of a system (alongside all the other requirements ofc) so it just seems silly to say someoneโs traumagenic. And it feels like such an endo word now, pro endo systems will call themselves traumagenic, Iโve seen endos say traumagenics are entitled because of their trauma. I just do not like the word because of how Iโve seen it used and the community that commonly used it
ofc anyone can use the word, thatโs perfectly fine!!

Hey AESS! Might sound like a silly ask but we are a System who has been researching on and off for 4-5, years as deep as possible into the dissociative disorder world, and I honestly just wanna know if you have any good resources for research, tips on how to find trustworthy resources, specific people to look into, studies to look into- really anything! We love a good deep dive into this type of stuff and love asking people what their go to recommendations are :D hope this okay! Also love your blog as a lurker !!
Hey mentalcrisismvder! It's not a silly ask don't worry, it's something we've found through the fact we've just enjoyed doing research on subjects for years. So, we have some good tips. 1. Always look into where your getting research from. Is the person doing the study someone trustworthy, or have they been known to cause issues/make outlandish claims (someone like Dr. Simone Reinders vs Colin Ross (we respect Dr. Reinders. Colin Ross is a fucking joke)). Is the group who did the research reliable and go about the experiment ethically, or no? 2. If a study says "this study explained", it never hurts to go look into that study as well. We could claim a study said that the sky is actually blood red and we have no evidence. Always always always check sources that studies may talk about. 3. If you have access to it, check for peer reviewed articles! They are more likely to be caught for any falsified information and are generally considered extremely trust worthy. 4. This may sound stupid but check the URL of what your researching if it's online. There is a major difference between a .com, .edu, even .org. Each one has different purposes and are something to keep a close eye on. 5. If you have access, talk to professionals in the subject. We recently did a research paper for one of our college classes. We frequently spoke to the professor if we had any potential for misunderstanding, if we were unsure if the source was extremely reliable, everything. In cases of subjects like DID, therapists, psychologists/psychiatrists, if you know any like college professors of subjects like dissociative disorders or psychology in general, people like that
As for if we have any suggestions, all of ours we are lucky enough we got access to due to our college (they give access to thousands of peer reviewed journals/articles) and as far as we know, are tied to that. However, places like the NIH (we're US based so a lot of our resources we give will be, we'll admit it), places like Yale or Harvard, NLM (National Library of Medicine), a lot of places that end in like .edu. Just remember the research points is our advice And feel free to lurk and we're glad you love it!!! We love being here to be honest
Oh and btw, littles getting involved in syscourse isn't always them being used for bait. Littles aren't always regressed, and they very much can be just as mature as an older headmate.
Very strange to kick and scream and throw a fit over littles deciding to engage in syscourse, especially considering that, for a lot of systems/collectives, headmates that aren't fronting can't control or influence what the fronter is doing, or if you're like us, the fronter's judgement being impaired affects everyone, not just the fronter(s), as if littles aren't also their own headmates that can make their own decisions just like anyone else, and that they're nothing more than tools to be used. That's a very strange assumption to make, and is an extremely unhealthy way of viewing littles.
