I’m too tired to make a breakdown but today I ate 631 calories and weighed in at 275.9 lbs in the morning and 278.3 lbs at night.

I need to lose 28.3 lbs to meet my first goal weight.

Almost didn’t make the soup because my roommate left the kitchen a huge mess. I cleaned it all up tho and made it anyways. Recipe under picture.

Ingredients:

As much water as you’d like

One egg

Two chives

Tablespoon of salt

Tablespoon of pepper

Steps:

Boil water

While stirring, add the egg

Remove from heat and add any seasoning or chives you want.

All together, this is 80 calories and very plain. It’s hot so it’s filling. If you make it in broth it’s egg drop soup.
