The best website would be Oricon (oricon.co.jp/rank/) as that's what most Japanese people get their 'charting' numbers. Billboard Japan (billboard-japan.com/charts) is another option. They both have should have archived pages as well. Both take a certain amount of Japanese or a lot of google translate to use though. It's worthy to note that a lot of Japanese charts, including Oricon and Billboard, have a history of being manipulated in the past regarding sales so always take their numbers with a grain of salt. LINE Music, Top 100: Japan on Apple Music, Youtube Music Charts Japan, as well as stuff like Top 50 Japan on Spotify might be of interest for you as well.
