Our fears and phobias are a conditioning of negative inputs. They protect us from pain and discomfort. They can be actual experiences or ones we have witnessed or heard about. When we put things in our little stereotype containers we feed these fears. When we see the headline news that captures the worst and the best of our world, we feed these fears. There is no black and white in reality. Everyone and everything is unique. Dig deeper and look for that uniqueness in everyone. Don’t fall for the label that people wear or are given. We are so much more than that. It is serious work to get past those fears and phobias. It is hard, but when one is beaten, when there is no longer fear of something, doors open and the world becomes a better place.
