This Balsamic Marinated Grilled Chicken recipe combines the richness of balsamic vinegar with the sweetness of honey, creating a delightful flavor profile. Perfect for a quick and flavorful weeknight meal or a weekend barbecue.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. 1/4 cup honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Honey, garlic that has been minced, olive oil, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Put the chicken breasts in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, making sure that each piece is well covered. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours with the lid on. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Grill the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it's fully cooked and has grill marks. Use the marinade you saved to baste the chicken every so often. Once done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs.
