Let me just say this.... I don't know how people truly believe that eating healthy costs more. I'm saying this because (a) the cost is not higher, but the amount of time to prepare it is AND (b) if you eat an appropriate portion of food, the "extra" money you spent to get it is irrelevant because it will last you longer. If you invested a few minutes to make your meals rather than paying someone to make you an unhealthy one, not only would you feel better but you would also notice how much less money you are spending.
