If weeks / months can go by, and you “didn’t notice” my posts weren’t showing up anymore, now I gotta explain all the patterns of activity I can see you do that make it hard to believe this bs excuse.

I mean, cmon, I see your likes and comments under the mutuals, and on IG, you see who likes and reposts the things you reposted… 🤔

Most people wrongly believe healing is all love, light, and positivity. Anyone who has really gone through it though, knows it’s actually integrating our shadows and allowing the full spectrum of everything we feel.

Trying to grow and make connections on social media spaces is tough. You quickly realize that so many people are out here only to be transactional and self serving.

Some will lovebomb you with compliments and have amazing conversations at first, but then they weirdly get distant and seem like they’re actually competing with you.

Some seemed like they were mutually reciprocal, but then same thing, it seems they expect more from you, go quiet, and stop supporting anything. Worse, they do what I call “fishing “.

On Instagram these people are chronic story watchers, all the time but never interact with anything. Even if it’s content that they initially supported. Fitness/ beauty/ memes/ etc. Yeah nope. Just eyes everyday. And what this is doing is keeping themselves in your mind space, but not actually communicating in any way shape or form.

My patience is so low for that. You want me to support you? Like something on my feed. Better yet, message me and ask for L4L or something. But I can NOT stand the mind games like that. I will mute you from my stories bc I get relatively personal there. I keep people for conversations, not staring eyeballs.

And who are these people anyway? Random strangers who I thought has mutual interests. If you don’t , move on. Don’t hang about and wait for my first move, that’s just weird. All this interaction is FREE by the way. My time is not free though. So you either align, or back the fk off, because I’m done playing people pleaser because other people like it and think it’s “nice”..,,

Know your role.

Do not over give in spaces you are not appreciated.

Ever since the last eclipse, I’ve felt this major release from feeling any type of anxiety, pressure or obligation when it comes to overextending myself in places I was not getting reciprocity.
