Awesome work today at the gym! Covering three classes wore me out, but left me feeling energized for an awesome weekend ahead. Thanks to all my ladies in kickboxing and spin and to the troopers that showed up for 5 Rounds. I was beat after teaching all three, but had to take a progress pic at the end because....why not! I don't think I've ever posted a #transformationtuesday pic, but today felt like the day. I am grateful! Thankful to be where I am mentally, physically and emotionally at this stage of life. Both pictures on the left were in my late 20s/ early 30s and both on the right are now at age 41!! I love this age and I love me some ME! #happytuesday #transformationtuesday

God spoke this into my spirit this morning and I immediately got out of bed and praised him. Recently I've let a situation take me out of my character and in doing that have allowed this to have control over me and win. I declare that I am calm and peaceful. I will not let people or circumstances upset me. I will rise above every difficulty knowing God has given me the power to remain calm. I choose to move past this and let God fight the battle. This is my declaration.
