When alone in my thoughts, the pessimism creeps, engulfing me into this oblique shaded black world. 

May I cease to continue to feel, death, from one moment to the next - all will move forward regardless. 

A way of thought which over the years I have developed, just to avoid the persistent social anxiety I’ve had in the past. 

By acknowledging truly, everyday to my core values - that I am no more than another ant in this colony. 

Anything I do, will be forgotten almost instantly, as others return to their First Person narrative life story. No one really gives a damn about you, only yourself - 

We disappear, vanish into the vast millions and millions of people in the past and those to come. 

A reminder that I’m finite, just as that dude next to me, and all else.
