i dry brush every other day, sometimes everyday if i can handle it. i wanted to get to a point where i was dry brushing regularly because it leaves me skin SO soft always.

IN THE SHOWER CARE ;

if u are still using a loofa ima need you to THROW THAT BITCH AWAYYYYYY. loofas harbor bacteria and are SO ineffective when there are better tools out there. AHEM the african net sponge. ever since i introduced this into my shower routine my skin has never been the same.

like im GLOWING and when i get out of the shower im still soft. not only that but unlike loofas african net sponges don't harbor bacteria/grow mold because of the knots in it. so its more hygienic and it keeps you softer and cleaner.

AZTEC CLAY MASK ON BODY (ESP UNDER ARMS) ;

aztec clay mask on my body has also been SUPER helpful for me. its clarifying and detoxifying so not only is it amazing for your facial skin but also for your body skin when ur going ur in-depth bodycare routine days.

my favorite place to use my aztec clay mask though is under my arms. i have the smoothest, even toned underarms ever bcuz of the aztec clay mask its AMAZING. whenever im doing the mask on my face i always put some on my underarms too bcuz its like doing 2 things in 1 and my underarms are always pretty and soft.

i also swear by the turmeric and kojic acid soap on my body and underarms and anywhere where u want to even out that skintone. i get mine from my local beauty supply store.
