She mostly goes by feminine pronouns, but any are fine. Both her and the Mod are minors, so don't be weird!!

She's basically the reverse of Lav, always gloomy and not wanting to deal with anything, usually keeping her distance if something were to happen.

"I have ham. And fruit. And some chili peppers."

-She offered the different foods she could spot-

"Are you thirsty too?"

"Food. You can try whatever. I have caprisuns, milk, and lemonade for drinks."

-She then started to list the different things off-

"Ham is meat, fruit is juicy, chili peppers are spicy, caprisuns are juice in a pouch, and lemonade is sour."

He hums slightly, tail swishing. “COULD I TRY HAM? PLEASE?”

"Yeah, here."

-She hands him a package of ham-

“THANK YOU.”

He opens it and hesitantly tries a piece, pupils going way too round. He tilts his head, staring at it. “HOW MUCH AM I ALLOWED TO EAT.”

"You can have it all, I wasn't planning on finishing it anytime soon."

-She felt glad he found something he liked-

Oh and it’s gone in less than a minute. Bro was hungry. He’s purring.

"Well, I guess I know what to get for you to eat. At least you're happy."

-Don't be fooled by her tone and expression, she is genuinely glad he is happy-

“THANK YOU!! ALL THE STUFF AT HOME TASTED LIKE SLOP!!” Blegh. He sticks his tongue out, tail freezing for a second before continuing to wag.

"Maybe you'll like what we have here then, besides the ham, of course. I'm pretty sure if you like that, you'll like other meats."

“OUU… YOU HAVE OTHER MEATS HERE?!!! ONLY THE RICH PEOPLE GOT MEAT BEFORE!!”

"Its a pretty common thing to eat here. Cooked, raw, it's all the same to the people here. Hm... I can probably go see if someone else has any in their rooms."

He’s giving Mari the biggest puppy dog eyes ever.

"Want to come look with me? I can show you around in the meantime."

“SURE!!” He’s jumping up and down, tail wagging. Is this lil guy a dog or a cat??

"Cool."

-She pats his head and headed back out of the room, hands in her pockets as she thought about where to go first-

He skips after her, giggling to himself.

-She hummed, walking down the hallway and checking each door to make sure she doesn't go into certain rooms-

“SO IS THERE ANYWHERE I SHOULDN’T GO??”

He giggles.

"Just where the dangerous weaponry and tanks are, and into rooms that can actually lock and have sturdy looking doors. Besides that, you're free to roam."

-She checked the entrance area for one room, humming as she debated checking for meat there-

He takes note to go there later. “OKAY!”

-Ever so slowly, she slipped into the room, checking around before waiting to see if Sparky would join her-

He slips in after her, eyes full of curiosity.

The room is dirty. Dirtier than usual. There are spiderwebs in the hoard, and it looks like it hasn’t been touched in weeks. Juniper’s not here.

He jumps, a sound startling him. It’s the ouppy, chat. The dog.

-She perked up and immediately started to look around. She could not contain her barely noticeable joy, ooohhh where is that ouppy-

He squeaks, hiding behind her. The ouppy peers out at them.

-She stood in front of him, just in case she didn't want him hurt because she did something stupid-

"Oh my goodness, Pepper... hi there, have you been alone here all this time?"

It squeaks, walking over to Mari and pressing its forehead to hers, sniffing her.

"Aw, hello... I missed you."

-She reached up and gave Pepper a few scratches, giving a gentle head bonk as well-

Its tail wags, and it moves to sniff the kid behind her, who recoils at first out of fear. It tilts its head, looking at Mari again.

-She gave a few pats to Pepper, silently letting it know it was okay before turning to Sparky-

"It won't hurt you, don't worry. I promise. It's really just a gentle sweetheart."

-She held out her hand to Sparky to offer to Pepper to sniff, offering a very small reassuring smile-

He hesitantly gives Mari his hand, looking at Pepper.

-She held it gently, slowly bringing it up to Pepper to let it sniff-

"He's good, alright?"

It sniffs at the hand, before nudging Marigold with its forehead.

-She used her free hand to give it small pets, frowning slightly before turning to Sparky-

"See? It's alright..."

"Some kind of dog creature... It's my brother's. I... didn't expect it to still be here."

“I don’t know what a dog is so I’ll take your word for it.”

"A dog is a companion animal people have for different reasons, like to not feel lonely or because they need them to help with everyday tasks."

-She had paused to silently stare back at the child, her eyebrow raised. Since when was there new people again?-

He grins, his teeth yellow and sharp, and waves. “HI!! I’M SPARKY!!! WHAT’S YOUR NAME?!!! OOOO YOU’RE ORANGE!!! KINDA LIKE FIRE. THAT’S COOL!!!! WANNA BE FRIENDS?!!!!!!”

"Oh, uhhh. Hi there. Immm Mari. Yeah, uh, I am."

-She looked at herself, then back at him. He definitely reminded her of someone-

"You're red, that's cool."

“THANK YOU!!! I LOVE THAT COLOR!!!! IT’S SOOO COOL!!!!!” He giggles. “DO YOU HAVE FOOD? RAW FOOD WORKS TOO, DOESN’T HAVE TO BE COOKED!!!”

"Yeah, I think I have a bunch of stuff left in my fridge. I don't know what, though, so just take whatever."

-She turned to head back to her room-

“YOU HAVE A WHOLE FRIDGE?! THAT’S COOL!! HEY, WHAT’S IT LIKE HERE?! I JUST RANDOMLY APPEARED HERE LAST NIGHT!! MY SISTER’S PROBABLY WORRIED RIGHT NOW!! BUT IT’S FIIINE!!”

"Yeah, we don't have an actual kitchen, so. It works."

-She grimaced as she began to open her door for him-

"This isn't the best place to be, but it's been fine for months. Uhm. Hopefully your sister can find you."

“HOPEFULLY.” His tail wags a bit. “IS IT CHAOTIC HERE??”

"Yeah, I'd say so. Good and bad chaos, I guess."

-She went into her room and held the door open for him-

He walks into the room and looks around. “I LIKE CHAOS! IT’S FUN!”

"It's okay when it's not life threatening."

-She shut the door and showed him where the fridge was-

“I LIKE THE THRILL OF DANGER!!” He giggles. “MY SISTER DIDN’T THOUGH. ALWAYS SAID ‘SPARKY, DON’T GO OVER THERE’!!” He huffs. “NO FUN.”

"If only we had that sort of choice, though."

-She sighed and dug through the foods in her fridge-

He stares over her shoulder, tilting her head. He recognizes none of this food and it shows on his face.

"I have ham. And fruit. And some chili peppers."

-She offered the different foods she could spot-

"Are you thirsty too?"

“MHM! BUT WHAT IS ALL THAT????” He tilts his head.

"Food. You can try whatever. I have caprisuns, milk, and lemonade for drinks."

He tilts his head to the other side. “I ONLY RECOGNIZE ONE THING YOU’VE SAID SO FAR AND THAT’S MILK…”

"Well, I promise it's food. It's really random but..."

-She then started to list the different things off-

"Ham is meat, fruit is juicy, chili peppers are spicy, caprisuns are juice in a pouch, and lemonade is sour."

He hums slightly, tail swishing. “COULD I TRY HAM? PLEASE?”

"Yeah, here."

-She hands him a package of ham-

“THANK YOU.”

He opens it and hesitantly tries a piece, pupils going way too round. He tilts his head, staring at it. “HOW MUCH AM I ALLOWED TO EAT.”

"You can have it all, I wasn't planning on finishing it anytime soon."

-She felt glad he found something he liked-

Oh and it’s gone in less than a minute. Bro was hungry. He’s purring.

"Well, I guess I know what to get for you to eat. At least you're happy."

-Don't be fooled by her tone and expression, she is genuinely glad he is happy-

“THANK YOU!! ALL THE STUFF AT HOME TASTED LIKE SLOP!!” Blegh. He sticks his tongue out, tail freezing for a second before continuing to wag.

"Maybe you'll like what we have here then, besides the ham, of course. I'm pretty sure if you like that, you'll like other meats."

“OUU… YOU HAVE OTHER MEATS HERE?!!! ONLY THE RICH PEOPLE GOT MEAT BEFORE!!”

"Its a pretty common thing to eat here. Cooked, raw, it's all the same to the people here. Hm... I can probably go see if someone else has any in their rooms."

He’s giving Mari the biggest puppy dog eyes ever.

"Want to come look with me? I can show you around in the meantime."

“SURE!!” He’s jumping up and down, tail wagging. Is this lil guy a dog or a cat??

"Cool."

-She pats his head and headed back out of the room, hands in her pockets as she thought about where to go first-

He skips after her, giggling to himself.

-She hummed, walking down the hallway and checking each door to make sure she doesn't go into certain rooms-

“SO IS THERE ANYWHERE I SHOULDN’T GO??”

He giggles.
