RECREATING MEMORIES . People are always like why are you going to himachal again? and i am like because i love that place. And where would i go in the scorching heat of april or june , to goa or rajasthan? Absolutely not! The second question arise - why aren't you going to north east then or uttrakhand? To which i usually reply because noth east can't be travel cheaply and uttrakhand i wanna go so badly but always end up going to himachal. This was my second trip to Triund . I know, i won't be going to triund trek for a long time now. But what is better? Going to a place you have been before or going to a place you have never been to? Well both have its pros so this time it was like going to a place i have been before. Also take into account that i went with a cousin and his colleagues which were elder than me , who were all work oriented and gave up the trekking at many points but still i had a good time. The best thing you gain by going with office oriented people to a trek is patience. A lot of patience , so you won't flip out when they make foolish statements. They will test you at each moment. . People don't like the journey , they are more into the destination. They get bored while they are on the journey and keep asking stupid questions, thats when your patience comes handy. I am more of a journey plus destination type of guy who can adjust in every situation so its hard to convince some people who have never been out of an AC room to trek mere 5-6 kms to just see a view. . Ok now look at this view , i love this view. Don't you? Its worth going to the top right na? This trek was different from the one i did last year in june of the same place. This time there was snow so we had to cross that. It was raining heavily and snowing. Yes even in april , i know right? One bottle of Vodka was caught during checking(not all though) , bonfire didn't worked out. But thats what becomes memory. Not everything will happen like you planned so you gotta adapt to the situation. The pictures you saw on the internet before starting a trip may disappoint you when you reach to that place.
