After Marwan finished telling the old man about his adventures with not being able to honour their promise, he paid him for the three days as they agreed and welcomed him to his shop. Days passed and one morning while they were having tea, Marwan asked "Why did you ask not to speak for a day?". The old man replied "There is always a reason my child. Life is nothing but a carpet, it's full of stories. When we take a moment of silence to appreciate them, we become better humans. The three days helped you experience that". Those words were all that Marwan needed to hear to know that there is bliss in silence that can change your life. From that time, he has lived quietly happily ever after. Now, Marwan had to be quiet for a day to earn the coin the old man promised so as the job to work on his future of his dreams. He went to nearest forest and sat on a hill. "So, it is easy I will just sit here watch people pass by, enjoy me some fresh air and in a blink of an eye the day will pass". He said to himself. Little that he knew that it's a challenge to keep quiet and speak not a word even for a minute. Eventually, he didnt succeed in fulfilling the task at hand, he went to the oldman and confessed it all. "Well, my child I will give you another chance and this time you will earn two coins. It's a good deal isn't it?". The old man said. Marwan wasn't lucky the second time too and yet, the oldman gave him his third and last chance and he would earn this time 3 coins. A very long time ago, there was a young man named Marwan lived in a very small village. He saw that his future was limited so, he embarked on a journey to create a better one and get a job in the process to become the best version of himself. Sometimes nothing goes as wished. Whomever he asked for a job turned him down until one day, he found himself infront of a carpet shop. The owner welcomed him with a smile. "Here my child have a cup of tea and tell me about you". the old man said. "Well, I am Marwan from northern village and I am here seeking a job to make a future for myself". Marwan replied. "I will be happy to offer you a job. However, I have one condition". Marwane said yes without thinking twice. Then the old man said "Hear me well, you will need to be quiet for a day, speak no word from sunrise to sundown and then if you did, you will be rewarded one coin and the job is yours".
