i cant equip *4&5 weapon, is there a way to unlock it
Check what weapon the character currently has equipped. If it's a C rank weapon, equip a B rank before equipping an A rank.If it's a B rank weapon, check the lock status of the A rank weapon and the weapon type to make sure it's suitable for the character.

I saw that some arcana have party abilities now, why are they called that?
Party abilities are those that augment party member's atk/def e.g. buff atk of all spear wielders or presence of mages buff character's atk, etc Hope that's clear
