Thank you! I still don’t have a perfectly solid explanation but the idea is basically this:  She can harden any part of her body (but not her entire body tho), and she has to wait a few seconds until the skin she hardened becomes explosive (basically an explosive bullets). Once the bullets are prepared to explode, she can take them off her skin and once it comes in contact with anything (other than her skin) by some impact, it explodes. This quirk obviously has its weaknesses, since the skin gets damaged. Her body rans out of places to harden and if she creates too much bullets. If she doesn’t take them out of her skin after some time (I still have to decide how much), it explodes on her own skin. I still have to work on her quirk for details, i think. I hope I explained it well, if you have more questions you can ask and I’ll do my best to explain!
